Supervision

As a clinical supervisor, I approach supervision as a collaborative, growth-oriented relationship rooted in trust, cultural humility, and reflective practice. I strive to create a supportive space where supervisees feel safe to explore their clinical strengths, navigate challenges, and develop their professional identity with confidence and integrity. My supervision style is trauma-informed, developmentally attuned, and grounded in ethical practice.

I am particularly committed to fostering cultural responsiveness and self-awareness in supervision, encouraging emerging clinicians to examine how their identities and lived experiences shape the therapeutic process. Whether we’re discussing case conceptualization, boundaries, countertransference, or career goals, my aim is to help supervisees feel empowered, competent, and grounded in their work with clients.
