Jasmine Sims is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with over seven years of diverse experience in the mental health field. Her work spans inpatient psychiatric facilities, community health, outpatient clinics, and private practice. She is passionate about providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive care to individuals and families navigating emotional pain, chronic illness, and life transitions.

Jasmine specializes in supporting Black women and girls, offering a safe and affirming space where their unique experiences are understood and honored. She works with clients ages five to fifty and integrates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed approaches, and person-centered therapy, with a deep respect for each client’s lived experience.
