Counseling
As a trauma-informed Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), my work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and cultural responsiveness. I take an integrative approach, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered practices. My work is also informed by attachment theory and mindfulness-based interventions.
I specialize in supporting individuals and families navigating trauma, chronic illness, and life transitions, with a particular focus on the mental health and wellness of Black women and girls. I work with clients ages 5 to 50, creating a safe, affirming space where all parts of their identity are honored. My approach is strengths-based and relational.
I believe healing happens in connection, and Iām here to walk alongside you as you build insight, resilience, and self-trust.
